ABOUT US


The company has identified the need to enter a business sector that affords higher visibility, greater demand, customer loyalty and improved channel expansion.  To that end, we have identified the licensing area within Consumer Electronics and in general lifestyle merchandise as the ideal opportunity.

The first license to be acquired is the M&M brand from MARS.  The marketing and product development will play upon the wide acceptance of this confectionary product along with its broad distribution.  Our approach will be to utilize the familiar M&M characters in a fun and humorous environment within Consumer Electronics and lifestyle merchandise. 

In addition to the creativity, we will market this proprietary product line to all channels of distribution, widely improving upon sectors that will accept our products.  We can sell into the Mass Market, Specialty accounts, Catalog, Department Stores, Electronic Stores, Drug, TV Shopping and virtually any outlet that carries home décor products.

Our product assortment will include clock radios, shower radios, desk lamps, computer accessories, alarm clocks and more technology driven and highly popular MP3 docking stations and chargers.  The initial product launch will begin in early 2009 and consist of 14 products.  We will continually add to this assortment based upon customer demand and market expansion.

The further expansion of brands will occur in early 2010 and currently there are a number of high profile properties under evaluation that could broaden the spectrum of products.  They may include a retro brand, a beverage company, video game or arts and craft properties.  All designed to expand the categories and departments where the products will be merchandised.  By continually expanding the offerings, we build a value and demand from our retail accounts, the external sales force and the consumers who purchase these products.  Through this proven approach, we will continue to build the equity and diversity of our company.
